The Fresno Earth Day Coalition is recruiting volunteers for Fresno Earth Day, this Saturday, April 14, 2012.

This fantastic event is free and open to the public, and features over 40 green exhibitors and vendors, as well as a green car show and live music. We are in need of volunteers for the following tasks:

·         8:00am – 10:30am – set-up and exhibitor support

·         8:00am-3:00pm – Hospitality room help, keep the volunteer break room stocked and cleaned up.

·         9:30am-3:00pm – Help direct traffic and parking.

·         10:45am-3:00pm – Hand out programs to event visitors.

·         11:00am to 4:00pm – Help visitors sort their trash into recycling and composting.

·         3:00pm to 5:00pm – Clean-up and event tear down.

Fresno Earth Day is a wonderful opportunity to learn about many local businesses and non-profit organizations who are working toward a sustainable and healthy community.
